Working together we will come up with the data we need to create a scaled base sheet of your space and competition floor area. With the base sheet in place we can then create drawings for each event. The Event Document Package is a comprehensive set of documents that includes everything from customized score sheets, to Athlete sign-ins, to event retail pricing sheets, to Judges Only signs and more. The Score Sheets and Documents are designed based on your comp and its specific needs. The Score sheets are created with the flow of the workout and Judges in mind. They are the link between what happens on the competition floor and what gets entered into the event scoring software. Their primary goals are to simplify the Judge’s job as well as looking clean, simple, and professional. When done well they help the entire event run smoother and can offer additional branding and sponsorship opportunities. Signage is often one of the most overlooked details of many events and is one of those “little things” that can make a big difference. It shows an attention to detail and planning instead of leaving things to chance and hoping people will figure things out. It is where we do the following: Track team registrations Calculate event apparel orders Plan the event schedule, including all transitions to the minute Track divisions heats and assign stations Analyze the budget, expenses and understand the profit margins There are companies offering event scoring software out there that will do some of this but not nearly as comprehensive. The Dashboard is a customized spreadsheet that I have developed and built throughout the years of running our comps. It is possibly the most valuable resource for running an organized event. We will work together through the planning process to customize and fill out the dashboard.
